Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) applies to all use of Nexudo Mail. It protects recipients, our network, and customer domains from abuse. Violations may result in suspension or termination under the Terms of Service.
Purpose of Nexudo Mail
Nexudo Mail is business email hosting for transactional and conversational mail on customer domains. It is not a bulk marketing or unsolicited outreach platform.
Prohibited activities
You may not use Nexudo Mail to:
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk commercial email
- Phish, spoof, or impersonate others
- Distribute malware, ransomware, or exploit kits
- Harass, threaten, or promote violence or illegal activity
- Violate export controls, sanctions, or privacy laws
- Mine cryptocurrency or run unrelated high-risk workloads on service infrastructure
- Probe, scan, or attack networks without authorization
- Circumvent plan limits, authentication, filtering, or security controls
- Host or transmit content that infringes intellectual property rights
Deliverability and reputation
You must maintain valid DNS authentication (such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC as applicable), honor unsubscribe and bounce handling for mailing you lawfully conduct, and keep complaint rates low. We may throttle, quarantine, or block mail that threatens IP or domain reputation.
Account security
You must protect admin and mailbox credentials, enable available multi-factor authentication where offered, and promptly revoke access for departed users. Compromised accounts used for abuse may be suspended until secured.
Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse of Nexudo Mail infrastructure or domains via the Contact page with message samples, headers, and timestamps when available. We investigate good-faith reports.
Enforcement
We may investigate violations, remove content, reset credentials, suspend sending, or terminate accounts. We may report illegal activity to authorities. Enforcement decisions are made to protect the service and its users.
Changes
We may update this AUP as threats and regulations evolve. The latest version is posted on this page with an updated date.
